Meet Our Executives
Meet our group of founding members, WANJA. Each person is an ambitious, robust individual coming from varied backgrounds hoping to make a change in this world. Working diligently through their undergraduate career this group eventually converged when it was clear how impactful hearing solutions can be to hard of hearing individuals.
WANJA COUNCIL
Winston Ha Ngo
Operations and Packaging Engineer:
Studies Material Science & Engineering with a background in graphic design. A suburban lad who grew up playing tennis the large majority of life, one day hoping to travel all over the world, starting with Asia. After accomplishing his travel goals he hopes to settle down with his lovely companion. He loves animals and would be giddy with joy to live on a property with vast land to care for horses, dogs, cows and chickens.
Adrian Marquez
Component and Design Engineer
Studies Material Science & Engineering and Biomedical Engineering at UCI. At the present, Adrian will be pursuing a career with Raytheon in nearby Santa Barbara and maintains a passion in the life sciences. Adrian enjoys fishing, traveling, spicy tacos and beer. He does not always tell dad jokes, but when he does, his dad laughs.
Nga Nguyen
Quality Assurance and Design Support Engineer
Background in Materials Science and Engineering with a Minor in Biomedical Engineering. Currently working in the Aerospace materials testing and inspection industry. Pursuing a career in Metallurgical Failure Analysis. She loves to listen to music and hike, and is obsessed with the color Blue.
James Yu
Product and Materials Engineer
James is an international student from Taiwan who is studying Materials Science at UCI. He has been responsible for taking care of everything outside of his home country since high school, and has built a good reconciling skill that help him cooperate with people in order to maximize the work flow. He is often seen as the “glue” that ties multiple visions together in the team.
Adrian Gomez-Mora
Team Leader and Compliance Engineer
Adrian is currently a quality assurance engineering intern and has experience in the manufacturing process of aerospace engine components. He is an avid distance runner who placed 2nd place in his community college Conference Championships. He is an aspiring entrepreneur looking to make a meaningful impact in other people’s lives.
